Building the skills that will shape Europe's textile, clothing, leather and footwear industries
The TCLF Skills Alliance brings together industry, education and training providers, regional authorities, social partners and policymakers to strengthen skills across Europe’s textile, clothing, leather and footwear (TCLF) ecosystem. Through the EU Pact for Skills, the Alliance supports reskilling, upskilling and regional cooperation to help companies and workers adapt to the green and digital transition.
About the TCLF Skills Alliance
The European textile, clothing, leather and footwear industries are undergoing rapid transformation. New technologies, circular business models and changing skills needs require closer cooperation between businesses, education providers and public authorities.
The TCLF Skills Alliance supports this transition by bringing together stakeholders from across Europe to develop innovative training, strengthen regional skills ecosystems and promote lifelong learning. Through EU-funded projects and the Pact for Skills, the Alliance helps ensure that companies and workers have the skills needed to remain competitive.
